Bell Partners Finance (now Evolve Lending & Finance) was featured in Australian Broker News following the launch of its asset finance referrer partnership program, a commission-sharing initiative designed to connect salespeople across industries with the brokerage’s specialist asset lending capabilities.
Mark Stevenson outlined the program’s purpose clearly: to give salespeople in industries like transport, agriculture and mining a way to offer their clients better access to lenders and finance options, while sharing in the commissions generated from those referrals. The program leveraged Bell Partners Finance’s panel of more than 30 asset lending lenders and a team of brokers with deep expertise across a wide range of asset types.
The scope of what the brokerage could finance was broad. New and used vehicles across the full spectrum from family cars to luxury, classic, sports cars and supercars were covered, along with boats, recreational vehicles, planes and helicopters, as well as mining, earthmoving, factory and agricultural equipment. For salespeople in any of these sectors, the ability to offer a financing solution through a trusted specialist partner adds genuine value to the customer relationship and a competitive advantage against peers who cannot offer the same.
Mark framed the partnership in mutually beneficial terms. Salespeople who joined the program would not only share in commissions but expand their professional network and gain access to new business opportunities and referrals flowing in the other direction. The relationship was designed to build over time, not just produce one-off transactions.
